Job Description
Buraq Profiles is actively seeking a highly qualified Assistant Manager to join our production team. The successful candidate will oversee 24/7 production operations, ensuring a seamless workflow while strictly adhering to safety protocols and achieving production goals. In this role, you will supervise a dedicated team, assign tasks, manage schedules, and facilitate regular shift meetings.
Your key responsibilities will include maintaining quality standards, ensuring the upkeep of equipment, and addressing any production challenges promptly. We are looking for a proactive individual with exceptional leadership abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs120,00.00 – Rs140,00.00 per month
