Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional for the position of AM Talent Acquisition at K-Electric. As the AM Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization’s human resource needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring requirements, create effective sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
In this role, you will utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms, in order to identify and engage with potential candidates. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers. Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives and help develop talent acquisition strategies to support organizational growth.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on mid to senior-level positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders on a regular basis. Strong organizational and time management abilities are also critical to ensure a smooth recruitment process and timely hiring decisions.
