Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our company as an AM Warehousing. As an AM Warehousing, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring the proper handling of fragile and hazardous materials
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
