Job Description
We’re looking for a proficient Amazon Private Label Account Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and execute effective strategies to drive sales and profits on various PL accounts and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- MUST HAVE MANAGED AT LEAST ONE FULL-FLEDGE ACCOUNT.
- Develop and implement strategies that drive sales and profitability.
- Work on strategic planning and account management issues.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product development and differentiation.
- Create and manage product listings, optimizing titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor product performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
- Manage inventory levels and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring the availability of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and operations to execute on strategy and drive results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, Amazon policies, and best practices to continually improve our Amazon private label business.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification (Bachelors Degree) – Preferred.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Amazon Private Label industry with full-fledge account management expertise.
- Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to utilize advanced functions and analyze data effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with foreign clients.
