Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team. This remote role involves managing and optimizing our Amazon store, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize product listings
- Manage inventory and update stock levels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Process orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor sales performance and analyze trends
- Assist with Amazon PPC campaigns and advertising
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Basic knowledge of Amazon SEO and PPC advertising is a plus
