Role Description
This full-time hybrid role requires managing product listings, customer inquiries, sales monitoring, and order fulfillment as an Amazon Virtual Assistant at QafExpress. Located in Islamabad, with remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and other ecommerce platforms
- Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and guidelines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Ecommerce industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
