Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for e-commerce and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team at our office in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

• Product Listing and Optimization: Create and manage product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and optimization for search.
• Order Processing: Efficiently handle order processing, shipment tracking, and customer inquiries to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer support by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make data-driven decisions.
• Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to assess the performance of product listings, advertising campaigns, and overall sales.
• Amazon Advertising: Implement and manage advertising campaigns to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Amazon Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazon seller central, FBA, and other relevant tools and platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
