Job Description
About The Team
Careem Pay Compliance is responsible for leading a compliance program to ensure financial integrity & regulatory compliance for Careem Pay products. Join our team in ensuring continuous regulatory compliance and improvement, working closely with the Director Careem Pay compliance in the UAE.
What You’ll Do
- Verification and Scrutiny per AML regulations
- Ensure accurate KYC information and sanction screening
- Prepare reports/MIS on Compliance/AML
- Identify suspicious transactions/activity
- Support UATs for projects/system upgrades
What You’ll Need
- 1+ year Compliance experience in financial services
- Experience in e-money services preferred
- Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration/Law
- Understanding of UAE AML laws & regulations
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and as part of a team
