Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
Your main duties will include conducting market research, analyzing compensation data, and providing recommendations to enhance our total rewards offerings. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR partners to implement and communicate changes effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Prior experience in Total Rewards or Compensation analysis is preferred.
