Job Description
Prior Experience is mandatory.
Role Description:
This is an internship role for an Application for CSR in Karachi. The role will primarily involve interacting with customers over multiple channels to resolve their queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Adept with basic computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Excel)
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline
Note:
This is a paid probation period. If someone proves their consistency and enhances their skills and expertise, then obviously their salary will increase, but it will be measured on behalf of at least 2 – 3 months of performance.
Timing: 10 am to 7 pm
Location: Nazimabad No. 2
