Job Description
An Application Support Analyst (L3) is responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for software applications and systems. They collaborate with the development and operations teams to identify and resolve complex issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of critical business systems.
As an Application Support Analyst (L3), your responsibilities include:
- Investigating and resolving escalated application issues efficiently and effectively.
- Providing expertise in application functionality and system architecture to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
- Collaborating with development and operations teams to develop and implement long-term solutions.
- Performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to minimize future application issues.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions.
