Job Description
We are currently seeking an Application Support Analyst (L1) to join our dynamic team. As an Application Support Analyst (L1), you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our clients and assisting them with any software-related issues.
Your main role will involve troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and problems, either over the phone or through email. You will also be responsible for documenting and escalating any complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of application support concepts and tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical assistance
- Troubleshooting software issues and resolving them in a timely manner
