Job Description
The Application Support Analyst (L2) is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users of a specific application or software system. They act as the primary point of contact for investigating and resolving complex technical issues faced by users.
In this role, the Application Support Analyst (L2) will analyze and diagnose technical problems, conduct root cause analysis, and implement appropriate solutions. Additionally, they will provide guidance and training to users on the functionalities and features of the application.
Key responsibilities of an Application Support Analyst (L2) include:
- Responding to and resolving technical support tickets within the defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Providing application-specific expertise and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
- Collaborating with other support teams and developers to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Documenting and maintaining knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions.
- Participating in testing and implementing application updates and enhancements.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a solid understanding of software systems and excellent problem-solving skills. They should also possess effective communication abilities to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
