Job Description
As an Application Support Engineer at Eocean (PVT), you will diagnose and troubleshoot software issues related to E Ocean’s applications deployed at client locations. Your role will involve providing effective support through email and chat and escalating complex issues as necessary. Collaboration with clients’ IT teams for smooth deployments and ongoing support is crucial.
Key Responsibilities: Researching software solutions, troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining issue logs, and managing UAT and production environment deployments.
Qualifications: A BS in IT or Computer Science is required. Technical expertise in Windows/Linux, Java, Node.js, and databases is essential. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are a must.
