Job Description
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of proven work experience in a technical support role.
- BS degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux.
- Understanding of banking/fintech & cloud communication products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in basic scripting, programming, and coding.
- Knowledge of Java, NodeJs, and databases like SQL.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify solutions to software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Communicate with end-users and business teams to solve problems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams.
- Provide prompt feedback and document technical knowledge.
- Maintain relationships with clients and manage system issues.
- Implement new features and oversee software configurations.
