Job Description
Inbox Business Technologies, a leading provider of information technology and services, is seeking an experienced Application Support and Data Extraction specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting assistance for various software applications, as well as managing and extracting data from databases.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for software applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality and performance
- Create and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during extraction and processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Document support requests, resolutions, and user interactions
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to stakeholders based on extracted data
- Maintain and update documentation related to application support and data extraction processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in application support and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data extraction and analysis tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Core Banking Application Support and Data Extraction, with 01+ year relevant experience
