Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a provided list.
- Introduce the company’s products/services to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify leads to generate interest.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent communication pipeline.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, sales, or related field is preferred.
