Job Description
Horizon Technologies is seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to join our US clients team. The role involves scheduling appointments with potential clients for Signarama and Alternative Business Finance, working closely with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set Appointments: Contact leads to schedule meetings for the sales team.
- CRM Management: Update client info in CRM systems like Keeps, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
- Excellent Communication: Build rapport and articulate service value to secure appointments.
- Follow-up: Regularly engage with prospects to ensure completion of appointments.
- Collaborate: Coordinate with sales team for smooth handoff of appointments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting or similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Organizational and time management skills.
Other Details:
- Job Timings: Night shift following US Time Zone.
- Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
- Remote working: Candidate to arrange workspace and required gadgets for remote setup.
