Job Description
HQ-360 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Scheduler to join our remote team. In this role, you will set up client appointments over the phone and ensure effective communication between potential clients and our sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients by phone using a provided script.
- Analyze data to prioritize scheduling for maximum productivity.
- Coordinate appointments and communicate with sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.
Requirements:
- Working Hours: 8 PM to 5 AM (Mon-Fri, 1 Sat/month).
- Salary: PKR 30,00 plus performance-based commission.
- Must own a laptop with 8GB RAM and stable internet (10-15 Mbps).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
