Description
Job Overview: We need an Appointment Setter to manage schedules and secure virtual meetings for our sales team on Zoom.
Primary Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments
- Document detailed notes on leads
- Submit daily/weekly progress reports
- Maintain communication with the team
- Book 12-15+ appointments weekly
- Make 25-30+ dials per hour
- Complete training and recruiting process
Work Schedule
- 5 days a week, minimum 6-hour shift
- Weekdays 3PM – 9PM EST, Weekends 8AM – 2PM EST
- 30-hour weekly commitment
MUST HAVE Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency
- Active listening skills
- Punctuality and strong communication skills
- Ability to attend Zoom meetings
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Reliable internet connection and devices
