Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, appointment scheduling, lead generation, communication, and customer service. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently according to the requirements of the client’s business.
Qualifications
- Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in data entry and knowledge of CRM software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
