Job Description
Healthrix is on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our dynamic medical billing team. This role is crucial for managing billing, collections, and resolving outstanding claims effectively.
- Process and submit medical claims to insurance providers and government agencies.
- Communicate clearly with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials and discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct follow-ups on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payments.
