Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time on-site architect with a focus on designing and overseeing construction projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project completion within budget and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- LEED certification is desirable
