Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to make architectural drawings and presentations. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis to ensure regulations are being followed.
Responsibilities:
- Create plans and drawings that clearly outline the architectural design of the project.
- Have good presentation skills.
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
- Have good knowledge of architectural drawings and interior spaces.
- Be able to illustrate perspective drawings to give a clear idea of the site.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- 1+ years of experience in construction and architecture.
- Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other 3D software.
