Job Description

ARCHI-TEX, a leading architectural firm based in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking an experienced Architect with exceptional Design skills. We specialize in large-scale projects and are looking for a talented individual to join our team.

Role Definition:

• Liaise, where appropriate, with members of the external design team and other associated organizations or companies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for the space.
• Develop creative design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
• Oversee the design development package for production.
• Prepare project timelines and ensure projects are delivered within the set parameters.
• Coordinate and collaborate with consultants, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure efficient drawing development along all the stages of a building design.
• Collaborate with team members and colleagues to promote an interdisciplinary design approach and philosophy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience post qualification.
• Proficient in Revit (experience on BIM projects), AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Sketchup, and Lumion.
• Evidence of a good design understanding i.e., a good design portfolio.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of an effective team, assisting and supporting team members.
• Experience managing consultant teams and resolving technical and design issues.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong planning abilities and the ability to mentor team members, offer guidance, and leadership.
