Job Description
This candidate should have in-depth knowledge of all Design Stages and communicate diligently to ensure timely execution. Conducting quality assurance checks regularly to ensure compliance with regulations is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Design in compliance with local regulations and International codes.
- Prior experience with consultants and clashes detection.
- Proven track record in producing designs and drawings at different stages.
- Conduct site evaluations for work quality and safety standards adherence.
- Oversee and provide recommendations throughout design and construction processes.
- Collaborate with teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- 3+ years of construction and architecture experience.
- Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Sketching skills.
