Job Description
Position: Architect
Location: Karachi
Experience: 3-5 Years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or related discipline
Industry: Fashion Retail
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical aspects of architectural and engineering projects within Fashion Retail and Architecture sectors.
- Oversee creation of construction drawings, guide design team, review sketches, and endorse design modifications.
- Prepare concepts, trending market designs, and engineering practice.
- Deliver design proposals to clients through presentations, bids, and tenders.
- Conduct consultations and lead negotiations with prospective clients.
- Evaluate projects for viability by conducting research and analysis.
- Drive innovation and establish protocols for architectural design and engineering.
