Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and innovative Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will design and develop building projects, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and technical excellence. Collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors is crucial to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design building projects.
- Develop project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare technical drawings and conduct site inspections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and project management skills
Salary: Market-Based Salary
Educational Requirements: B.Arch/M.Arch with experience in BIM and knowledge of building codes.
