Role Description
Full-time on-site Architect role to work on projects, design plans, manage budgets, coordinate with clients/contractors, and oversee construction.
Responsibilities
- Create architectural plans
- Utilize logic and material knowledge
- Ensure quality and safety standards
- Oversee construction
- Collaborate on goals and budgets
- Willing to learn on various project types
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-4 years’ experience
- Organizational and creative skills
- Proficient in AutoCad, Rhino3D and Lumion
- Additional skills like creative writing, web/graphical design a plus
