Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to join our team at RSB + Associates in Lahore. As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans that are essential to our architecture and interior design projects. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our design process.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings based on sketches, specifications, and calculations provided by architects and engineers.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards and regulations.
- Revise drawings and layouts as necessary to accommodate changes and enhancements.
- Maintain drawing files and documentation for accuracy and organization.
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software. Revit knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field.
- 3-5 years of previous experience as a draftsman in an architectural firm or similar environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
