Robust Construction Solution (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking to hire an Architect Engineer (1-2 years of experience) for our Office. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a reputable university.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design creative and practical plans for homes and businesses, considering looks, functionality, eco-friendliness, and client needs.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Prepare and review project documentation, including construction contracts, proposals, and reports.
• Supervise construction to make sure it follows the design, quality standards, and local building rules. Visit sites to check progress and solve any issues.
• Collaborate with different teams like interior designers and engineers to ensure a unified project.
• Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and construction methods.
• Keep an eye on project budgets and timelines, identifying and managing risks.
• Excellent understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in residential and commercial architecture.
• Proficient in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Familiarity with local building codes and industry standards.
• Good conceptual and spatial design skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changes.
• Can work independently or in a team.
