Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create photorealistic 3D renderings of properties.
- Collaborate with developers and real estate professionals.
- Produce exterior and interior renderings reflecting real-world conditions.
- Meet project timelines and align with brand guidelines.
- Utilize 3D rendering software provided by Houzz Pro.
- Stay updated with industry trends and client feedback.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in property rendering or architectural visualization.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, and lighting techniques.
- Experience in Photoshop and ability to read architectural plans.
- Strong aesthetic sense and excellent communication skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in relevant fields.
- Experience with real estate or architects.
- Familiarity with VR or AR rendering technologies.
