Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create photorealistic 3D renderings of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Collaborate with developers and real estate professionals to interpret plans accurately.
- Produce exterior and interior renderings with real-world textures, lighting, and materials.
- Work closely with the design team to meet project timelines.
- Utilize 3D rendering software provided by Houzz Pro.
- Ensure renderings align with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Make adjustments based on client feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new rendering techniques.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in property rendering or architectural visualization.
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, shading, texture mapping, and rendering techniques.
- Familiarity with Photoshop or other graphic design software.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and sketches.
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing previous rendering work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in architecture, interior design, or related field.
- Experience with real estate developers, architects, or marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with VR or AR rendering technologies.
