Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create photorealistic 3D renderings of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Collaborate with developers and real estate professionals to interpret plans accurately.
- Produce exterior and interior renderings with real-world textures and lighting.
- Work with the design team to deliver visual assets meeting project timelines.
- Utilize 3D rendering software provided by Houzz Pro.
- Ensure renderings align with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Make adjustments based on client and stakeholder feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and software.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of rendering or visualization experience.
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.
- Familiarity with Photoshop or graphic design software.
- Ability to interpret plans and sketches with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in rendering or visualization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in architecture, interior design, or related field.
- Experience with real estate developers, architects, or marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with VR or AR rendering technologies.
