Job Description
We are seeking an Area Academic Manager to provide academic support and elevate the quality of education in assigned schools in accordance with TCF policies and procedures.
- Lead academic management for schools and principals; drive SSR improvement, fee collection, fleet oversight, and academic data management.
- Build relationships with communities, parents, donors, and peer AEMs; promote collaboration and share best practices.
- Strengthen principal and teacher quality through recruitment, monitoring, appraisals, classroom observations, and performance improvement plans; manage transfers and promotions.
- Develop and implement school and area improvement plans with targeted action and regular follow-up.
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, minimum 3 years as a principal, strong English and Urdu, MS Office proficiency, analytical and interpersonal skills. Full-time; in person.
