Job Description
Job Summary:
Area Growth Manager is required to manage the trade and distribution operations while ensuring organizational value and unit growth objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously striving for growth opportunities
- Managing distribution operations at trade and territory/depot level
- Communicating with GPPL commercial teams and distribution teams for smooth business operations
- Achieving set KPIs for the specific area
- Training and developing direct reports and distribution partner resources
- Collaborating with commercial teams daily
- Analyzing data for insights and taking actions based on market dynamics
- Providing regular competitor feedback and executing projects independently
- Establishing strong relationships with pharmacies and customers through market visits
- Executing trade & distribution level initiatives aligned with company direction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Four to six years of relevant experience
- Willingness to travel nationally
