Job Description
Being Area Manager, you will be responsible for Managing Operations/Sales affairs of designated Area along with allied Branches and locations with sustainable growth and KPI achievement of all business segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and achieve monthly/annual Sales/Operations KPIs
- Achieve Sales/Operations Targets for the specified area, ensuring effective customer relationship and business retention with improved Service standards.
- Ensure due diligence and strict implementation of all defined procedures and Processes
- Ensure continuous Quality improvement and establish Controls, overseeing all operational activities of the specified area
- Coordinate between Customer Services & Operations to timely resolve customers’ issues.
