Job Description
We are currently looking for an Area Manager to join our team in Umerkot. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business in the Umerkot area. Your duties will include managing a team of employees, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and in line with company policies.
You will be expected to set and achieve sales targets, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales. Your strong leadership skills and ability to make sound business decisions will be critical in this role.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
