Job Description
Traditions by Saleem Fabrics is excited to announce an opening for an Area Manager who will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail locations within our specified region. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our stores operate seamlessly, meet sales objectives, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at all assigned retail locations.
- Support stores in achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store management and staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in retail management.
