The company is focused on providing open-end mutual funds for different classes of investors and holds a license for investment advisory services. It is currently managing several funds, including AL Habib Cash Fund, AL Habib Income Fund, and AL Habib Asset Allocation Fund.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Faisalabad for an Area Manager at AL Habib Asset Management Limited. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales quotas. The Area Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of sales activities and will also provide ongoing training and support to sales representatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Area Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive growth
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic guidance to sales representatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales CRM software
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
