Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, developing training programs, analyzing sales data, and leading the regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve sales targets aligned with business goals.
- Develop training programs to boost sales performance.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track progress.
- Collaborate with supply chain for timely product delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies for territories.
- Lead and manage the regional sales team.
- Provide support to store managers and assess performance.

Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role.

- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to travel.
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
