QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation/ Masters from a reputable University in sales & marketing or economics.
- 5-7 years of related experience, 2 years as ASM in Hygiene or Homecare.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical & innovative thinking.
- Experience in Distribution Management and Customer Handling.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deliver sales, distribution, and display targets.
- Negotiate annual agreements, manage territory and distributors network.
- Execute channel strategy and develop sales teams.
- Ensure timely recovery of receivables from distributors.
