Job Description
Location: F11, Islamabad
HR Business Solutions is seeking a dynamic and enterprising Beverage Sales professional to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving growth by promoting our beverage products primarily through a B2C model and building a new brand in the local market.
B2B sales to wholesalers and distributors will also be a key priority.
Your main responsibilities will include building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing and distribution teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a comprehensive sales plan, including pricing and promotion strategies
- Promote and sell our beverage products in the assigned territories
- Build and maintain a client portfolio
- Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting and other strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales strategies and promotional materials
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing performance reports
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing (preferred)
- Proven sales track record, preferably in the beverage industry
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship building
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of beverage industry trends and consumer preferences
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
