Job Description
Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Area Sales Manager with a solid background in FMCG, cosmetics, or personal care sales. This field-based role will involve leading a dynamic sales team, enhancing market presence, and fostering robust relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor sales goals and present results to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads.
- Champion our brand and product offerings.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in Cosmetics, FMCG, or Personal Care Products.
