Job Description

Develop branch plan to build the business by identifying and understanding local markets. Achieve branch objectives for sales and profit performance. Develop strong business relationships with customers. Analyzing sales and stock figures and taking action to expand areas of growth. Analyze the results (weekly, monthly and quarterly) of the Sales Team in terms of turnover, profitability, losses, margin, frequency, average turnover to make the right decisions to improve the situation if needed. Collect and communicate Customer Demands, Needs, and Expectations and propose solutions and alternatives. Survey the market to monitor competitors and recommend action plans. Attend meetings with Regional Field Operations Manager and work closely with Store Manager, Floor Managers. Involved in customer portfolio selection, in close contact with Store Managers and District Sales Managers. Reach the global objectives of the team in terms of growth and cost according to defined KPIs. Increase the number of new buying customers (activation). Address customer complaints and propose solutions. Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their needs and expectations. Analyze Competitor’s promotions and devise strategies. Compare prices with main competitor(s). Define main competitors with Store Management team. Monitor team members’ performance to identify productivity levels.
