Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Gujranwala. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales management, including fostering a positive relationship with customers, managing market strategies, conducting market research, gathering customer insight, developing sales goals and plans, and ensuring team engagement and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with customers
- Experience in conducting market research and gathering customer insights
- Experience in managing teams, including setting goals, developing strategies, and monitoring performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Experience in the solar industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
