Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within your assigned area, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and conduct market research to determine their needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and meet sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Train and develop sales team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
