Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities across a designated area. Your main objective will be to drive sales growth, develop and maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and customers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
