Job Description
KSB Pakistan is currently seeking an Area Service Manager for its Regional Office in Karachi. As an Area Service Manager, you will be responsible for various service-related tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule service calls, dispatch technicians, and track the progress of all service requests.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Develop and implement new service initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Promptly and professionally resolve customer complaints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Rotary Equipment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
