Job Description
Esketchers is seeking a passionate Software Engineer, AI to join our innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of search, recommendation systems, NLP, and personalization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop prompting strategies and maintain LLM pipelines using models like GPT and Claude.
- Create frameworks for performance metrics and cost optimization of LLMs.
- Design GenAI applications and optimize retrieval systems.
- Architect autonomous, multi-agent systems that enhance AI capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, especially in machine learning.
